“Drabble”

This post exemplifies a drabble (almost) – a work of fiction totaling one hundred words exactly, further defined here.

Inspired by this post, I wrote a drabble. Later that day, I happened upon an online magazine looking for drabble submissions. Several revisions later, I sent in my piece… and it was accepted!

And now, this very day, the Luna Station Quarterly drabble issue featuring my story, “Still Broken”, is online and available for the world to see, making me – at long last – officially published. *the crowd roars approval*

Spread the word! Tell your friends!

And my post’s hundred words end… now.

    • I hope you do! It’s a first-rate exercise in concise storytelling. I never realized how very few words make up a hundred until I aimed to hit it on the nose!
